I would definitely recommend using this company. Shared house, 2 flats with sewage blockage flooding into garden. Downstairs made appointment. I read reviews which were great but still wanted to discuss. Spoke to Mitch on phone who was so helpful and explained everything and put our mind at rest. Such a nice guy. Excellent service, quick response to issue, great job by Mitch and Jacob to unblock the drain. They got on with it wasting no time.Very professional. Good price too. Wembley Drainage Solutions came out to my property a couple hours after calling to clear a blocked drain in my back garden. The engineer removed his shoes when walking through the house even though I told him it was fine, which was really nice of him. They were done in about an hour, rinsed the garden down and disinfected the patio afterwards. They gave me the cheapest quote out of all the companies I called initially. Excellent service, very professional and very prompt! They sent this guy called Dennis who was very polite and very passionate about his work. He put in a lot of effort as the pipes where completely blocked and required the entire slabs to be taken out to reach down to the root of the problem, which obviously was very hard and time consuming. He made sure this doesn't happen again as we already had a few other guys pop in before but they weren't very efficient and helpful. Everything is clean and sorted now. Really excellent service, Mitch is very thorough and gentle. What was totally blocked shower is now free flowing, after I called they turned up so quick almost in few minutes.
